Monday Night Round-Up.
Sometimes a clear theme doesn’t jump out to me across the MoFo feeds, or it’s too ridiculous to put in a post title (aka, The Adorbs Round-Up!), so it’s time for the golden rule of round ups: to throw in some of one’s bookmark-able favorites from the day.
Up first, a post I’m in awe of of: Raw Caramel Chips from Vegan Culinary Crusade. They’re dehydrated and contain an ingredient you may or may not find yourself googling (I totally did).
Next up, perfect little Pumpkin Hand Pies from Oh, Ladycakes. Tis the season!
Moving on, Kelly, The Vegan Cookie Connoisseur, constructs a root beer syrup-flavored UNICORN CAKE. That is all. Just look at it!
Fresh Young Coconut shares some charming Apple Spice Parfaits. Again, tis the season for….please let me wake up and see this on my kitchen table for breakfast.
Milkweek is simply on an enamoring artistic streak – continue on to the post for Coconut Banana Cream Pie making photos! I can’t resist…this is all so adorbs.
Lastly, a quick break from sweets for more breakfast flare: OMG Veg! makes the Biscuits and Creamy Sage Gravy and Herbed Breakfast Sausage Patties, both from Julie Hasson’s Vegan Diner. After this appetizing post, they are so on my to-make-soon list.
See you guys next week!

Sorry, mofo is making me lazy with the links. In Toronto you can pick up lucuma at most health food stores. I’m glad you liked the caramel chips. I just added some to morning bowl of oats. Yum.
Those caramel chips look/sound amazing. But really, it ALL does! Lovely roundup.
Those biscuits and gravy make my want to chew the computer screen! OMG they look amazing. I might have to try those this week.
